About Oasis
Meet Our Founder
I’m Deanna and I’ve have spent the last 30 years as a teacher, a preschool director for over a decade, and a professional nanny, mastering the complex operations of both instructional spaces and private residences. When clients bring me into their homes and trust me with their children, it is a profound responsibility that I do not take lightly. That extensive professional foundation, combined with my personal experience as a mother to two grown sons and a foster mother to six children over the years, gives me a unique understanding of how a household truly runs. Even in households where partners help out consistently, the mental load, meaning the planning, tracking, and coordinating, almost always falls on women.
I founded Oasis to lift that weight. True luxury is not just a tidy space; it is the mental freedom that comes from knowing your home logistics are completely handled by an expert. My passion for this work goes back to my days as a director, where I fell in love with building supportive, thriving environments for families.
When I am not designing seamless operations for clients, you can find me traveling, taking the train up to DC, exploring the outdoors, antique hunting, checking out art museums, exploring vibrant artsy towns, spending time at the beach, or out walking with my dogs Daphne and Fenway.
Giving back to the community is a fundamental pillar of how I operate, both personally and professionally. Because empowering others is at the core of Oasis, a portion of our proceeds is proudly donated to local children's charities and organizations dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence.
